Quickie Movie Review: Extraction

Uninspired script, flaccid dialogue, insipid storyline chockful of genre formula and marred by a couple of obvious continuity gaffes.

But what it lacked in the above departments, it compensated with spectacular close-up hand-to-hand fight scenes, breathtaking chase sequences and hair-raising gunfire deliciously choreographed against a gritty backdrop of Bangladeshi slum dwellings.

You may need to extract cerebral expectations before seeing Extraction but it won’t detract from its superb delivery of mindless but visually delicious violence.5/10
